Text of focus: Leviticus 19:16 KJV

Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the Lord.

From today's text of focus, God warns against talebearing and bearing false witness. 

 A lot of relationships has been destroyed by talebearers, which is against God's will.

In as much as you don't want to be a victim to talebearing, you shouldn't be a talebearer as well.

Don't speak to people about another person's wrongs except if they are in a position to help the person, otherwise, that's gossip otherwise called talebearing. 

Watch your tongue, you mustn't say something about everything. You mustn't champion every discussion.

Practice silence and quietness, if you master it, you will appear wiser than you are.

Summary 

In the chapters read today (Lev 19 to 21), we learned about how God instructed concerning love, relationship, conduct and against idol worshipping. God also instructed on sanctification, and against all manner of sexual immorality. God gave all moral standard to help for godly lifestyle.
