For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

Focus

Of the chapters studied today, I will be focusing on a verse that addresses a key object of spiritual substantiation, fear.

There are two objects that are capable of bringing the spiritual into materialization, these two factors are Faith and fear 😨. 

The spiritual world is very systematic, we need to understand that what happens in the physical is downloaded from the spiritual be it good or evil. The tool for downloading it is either faith or fear.

Faith and fear are directly opposite but they come in a similar manner.

Faith comes by information (word of God).

Fear comes by information (words of the devil).

"Do not allow fear to ruin your life, do not empower your fears to come upon you."

This is not to judge Job's actions but the scripture was written for our learning. The earlier you silence negative thoughts, the better for you. If you had faith in the positive dreams you had as much as you feared the nightmares; you would have seen the positive dreams coming to fulfillment just as some nightmares have. Jesus said the days have sufficient evil already (Matt 6:34), so do not add more to it with negative thoughts and fears. There are lots of forces working daily to bring the things you fear upon you. A fearful person suffers a self-defeat before the actual battle.

You have to silence your fear always with faith in the words of God. Start making the word of God your daily meditation, and you will see yourself victorious over your fears.

Summary 

From the day's reading (Job 1 to 5), we saw how God spoke confidently about Job's righteousness and how the devil sought for permission to afflict him. Job continued to trust in God without fail, he never spoke anything evil against God. Job the greatest man in the East lost everything in one day and the first thing he did was worship God. This is a great lesson for us who have been angry with God at some point due to unanswered prayers. (Job existed before Abraham, according to historical theology)

We will keep studying the book of Job for the next few days.
