Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
Have a review of your new year resolutions. What are the most prominent of your needs?
The most frequent desires of men are the mundane things, finances, promotion, build houses, cars and travel the world. It's high time we started fulfilling the purpose of Him who has called us.
For anyone who has decided to do exploit for God this year, like never before, there are some vital keys needed for that.
I will like to open up a revelation on the keys needed for exploits.
Knowledge
The lawyers (Pharisees) were regarded to have held access to the knowledge of the word of God, and hindered people from accessing. They never had an intimate knowledge (relationship) of God, but they hindered those who desired to have it.
The first sin was due to a quest for wrong knowledge. Death came by the knowledge of sin and life came by the knowledge of God. False knowledge incarcerates, but the knowledge of the truth liberates, Jesus is the truth. (John 8:32)
John 17:3 KJV
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Everything we need for life is found in the knowledge of God.
2 Peter 1:3 KJV
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
What kind of knowledge does exploit?
An intimate knowledge of God, by relationship.
Galatians 4:9
But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
To know God alone does not confirm a relationship, but to be known of God.
It is important to be known of God, as this determines our fate. A lot of people do many public services in the name of the Lord, and they are not known of God.
Does God know you?
How do you know if God knows you?
By your fruits, you can know.
Matt 7:23 KJV
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Gen 4:1 KJV
And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord.
Being known of God births virtues in us, fruits of the Spirit and much more souls into the kingdom of God.
Are you known of God?
No wonder Moses prayed to know God more.
No wonder Moses prayed to know God more.
Exodus 33:13
Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
Apostle Paul also prayed to know God more.
Philippians 3:10
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
What will your own prayers be today?
Oh that I may know God and be Known of Him 🙏
Life application
Take time to pray for the key of knowledge. It is a dimension of the Spirit of God. Prove your knowledge of God daily by yielding fruits, turning souls to righteousness.
Prayer 🙏
● We turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.
● Thank you for bring me into this year, it shall be a year of exploits for me in Jesus name.
• Oh Lord help me to unlearn strange things and embrace your word.
● Oh Lord, that I may know you and be known of you.
● Lord Jesus, I receive the grace make you my focus.
● Oh Lord, I need your presence, show me your glory.
● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.
● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.
● Pray for those affected all over the world.
● We bring China🇨🇳, Italy🇮🇪, United Kingdom🇬🇧, United States,🇱🇷 Iran🇮🇳, UAE🇦🇪, Canada🇨🇦, Nigeria🇳🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦 and all the countries affected before you, let your healing power flow through the nations in Jesus name.
