1 Timothy 3:1-2
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
There is fire on the mountain and nobody is on the run. The scripture warns expressly about the manifestations of the last days, unfortunately, everything is acting out before our eyes and we are not taking heed. From the text above a large fraction of believers have been drawn into love for self rather than the love for God. The love for self does not make us pay attention to what goes on around us, the same has blinded the eyes of many to these signs of the last days.
This is a voice of a watchman to awaken every sleeping child, arise and live!
Eph 5:14 KJV
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
Are you covetous?
You want to possess everything except your soul. This is the order of the last days. You need to evaluate your daily activities and measure how much of God is in them, is it always about yourself or do you have God in your daily thoughts? This is how to know if you are wandering away or you are still in tune.
Luke 12:15 KJV
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
Quit love for self or selfishness, and begin to fulfill the will of God on earth as the time is fast approaching when everything we pursue will be worthless, then the night comes when it is too late to work.
Boasters are everywhere, even in the church, those who should be ministers of the gospel are proud, boasters, and blasphemers. These have suddenly made many believers confused and lost the basic understanding of the scripture and they grow to be like their leaders.
You are proud in your verbal humility, pride is in your heart when you bow your head or kneel before the altar to preach the gospel.
Believers are now blasphemous in their services, the worship of man has replaced that of God in the churches. The man of God has been lifted above the God of man in the church.
No wonder Jesus said -
Luke 18:8b KJV
Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
Life application
Take your time to reflect on your life, are you manifesting the negative signs of the last days?
Decide to repent and amend your ways before God today and join the cause to awaken every sleeping child.

● We turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.
● Oh Lord, use me to change my world.
