Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
Understanding how to pray with scriptures helps our prayer life a great deal.
The things we need to understand are:
The Scripture (Bible) is the word of God.
The Scripture is the written will of God.
The scriptures contains God great and sincere promises to the Believers.
The Scripture was inspired by the Holy Spirit, hence praying with the scriptures is a way of praying in the Holy Ghost.
This understanding helps us to dig deep into the never ceasing promises of God in the Bible.
Praying in the scriptures, with understanding given by the Holy Spirit, is like searching for what you need in your father's store.
Pick a portion of the word of God read, understand and turn it into prayer. By doing this, you'll see things to desire and things to reject over your life in prayers.
A very easy book of the bible to help you to start engaging the word of God in prayers is the book of Psalm. Read it chapter by chapter and start declaring the word of God over your life.
Whenever you are faced with any life's challenges, search the scriptures for the promises of God concerning such matters, claim it in prayers and you'll find it solved miraculously.
Praying with the scriptures, is a very powerful tool in the hands of every child of God.
Life application
Start seeing the word of God as a personal letter written to you from God and start claiming the promises therein. Take your prayers to a new level, make sure you start praying in the Holy Ghost daily. Pray with the understanding of the word of God. Desire the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit.

● Lord Jesus, help me to pray in the Holy Ghost.
● Oh Lord help me to understand and claim all your promises, through the Scripture, over my life.
● Oh Lord, I need your presence, show me your glory.
● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.
● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.
● Pray for those affected all over the world.
● We bring China🇨🇳, Italy🇮🇪, United Kingdom🇬🇧, United States,🇱🇷 Iran🇮🇳, UAE🇦🇪, Canada🇨🇦, Nigeria🇳🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦 and all the countries affected before you, let your healing power flow through the nations in Jesus name.
