Topic: Faith and the Word. (Discipleship)
Romans 10:17 KJV
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
We've been made to understand the relationship between Faith and the Word of God from our text today. So relating with beliefs based on our past discussions, we know that every man obviously lives by his beliefs, but the just (Christian), should live by Faith.
Living by a thing means to survive by that thing. So as humans, we live by the air we breathe and the food we take in.
Faith is the air we breathe as well as the food we eat.
Jesus made this known to the devil.
Matthew 4:4 KJV
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Jesus made it clear here that man should live by every word of God.
Man has been wired to live by the word of God because words are produced by the breath and we carry the breath of God, so we're to live by Faith.
Man created by God is expected to run only one program, that is, THE WORD OF GOD.
Do you still remember Jesus is the Word of God?
This is the reason why a life without Christ is meaningless.
If you're not running your life on the word of God, you're running on a wrong program and your system will soon crash, debug and correct your errors.
The moment you begin to live by every word of God, you're already living by faith.

Life application
Study the scripture daily to know God more that you may grow in faith.
I choose to live by faith and not by normal beliefs.
Choose to believe in God, beyond your logical reasoning
Endeavor to always apply faith in everything you do. Consciously depend more on God. Decide to live daily by the word of God. Put God first in all your considerations, and dare to obey Him always.
Deliberately engage faith in possessing everything you need for perfection in Christ Jesus. Build yourself up in faith. Desire to make living by faith a lifestyle.
Prayer 🙏
● we turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.
● Oh Lord, help to unlearn strange things and retain only the knowledge of God in Jesus.
● Lord, I receive the grace to live by faith daily and to overcome every trial.
● Lord Jesus, I arise in faith to possess my possessions.
● Oh Lord, I need your presence, show me your glory.
● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.
● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.
● Pray for those affected all over the world.
● We bring China🇨🇳, Italy🇮🇪, United Kingdom🇬🇧, United States,🇱🇷 Iran🇮🇳, UAE🇦🇪, Canada🇨🇦, Nigeria🇳🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦 and all the countries affected before you, let your healing power flow through the nations in Jesus name.
