Life is a race, we are all running at different speed to our various destinations.
How good are things working for you on this journey?
How far behind are you?
You might feel weak in the race of life, hence your speed is reducing.
A lot coming behind have met you and passed you already.
Suddenly you're almost giving up, because the whole idea is no longer making sense to you any more.
Some people have committed suicide due to this feeling of disappointment, some have given up in their pursuit of progress.
I want to assure you today that God has a recovery package for you.
The Lord can make your feet like the hinds' feet and set you on high places. He can make you soar on the wings of grace.
Joel 2:25 KJV
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
But how can it happen?
What your effort can earn you can be called reward for labour, but what you get when your effort has failed you is called grace.
If you can explain how it happened, it's no more a miracle, but the recovery you can't even explain is the miracle God is capable of doing.
Don't give up in life.
Don't give up on God.
Don't give up on God's grace on you.
He did it for Jabez and Obed-Edom, He can it for you.
You will arise and recover for everything you have lost.
