2 Samuel 19:33,35 KJV
And the king said unto Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will feed thee with me in Jerusalem. [35] I am this day fourscore years old: and can I discern between good and evil? can thy servant taste what I eat or what I drink? can I hear any more the voice of singing men and singing women? wherefore then should thy servant be yet a burden unto my lord the king?
I heard someone lost his Dad many years ago, for not being able to get him a medication of 50kobo. Later this man became a multimillionaire, but that money couldn't bring back his Dad.
Time determines a lot of things in life. I've heard people say "delay is not denial" that's not always true.
God is a God of timing:
Ecclesiastes 3:11 KJV
He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
Many people have missed God's timing for their lives and they are still hoping "delay is not denial"
From our text, Barzillai got a royal calling to live and feast on the king's table at the age of 80, but he turned it down for it was too late. May your breakthrough not be too late for you in Jesus name.
Are you having dreams of retrogression or delays?
Are seeing yourself in your past, in the dream?
You have the choice to settle for a negative nightmare or the word of God. Destroy every yoke of delay with the word of God.
If God has not told you to wait and you're experiencing delays, Satan might be involved, resist him. The world awaits your manifestation, why wait or delay?
Don't let the devil delay your fortune till it's useless for you.
Do not accept delays as fate, rather overcome delays by faith.
