Topic: Do you fail working it out ?(Discipleship, waiting room)

Philippians 2:12-13 KJV

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. [13] For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

How often have you failed working it out?

Are you already giving up working it out?

While in my waiting room the Lord gave me a silent solution to a very common problem in many believers' lives. 

Working out our salvation is a daunting challenge which has raised controversy amongst several believers. Many people have tried what they believe it meant but it never worked for them. This is the cause of rejection, dejection and frustration in the lives of many believers. In fact this has lead to many people backsliding. 

Irrespective of any bodies opinion about it, scripturally it is emphatic that we have to work out our salvation. 

So the question is how do you work out your salvation?

The answer is not far fetched. From our text the next verse says :

Philippians 2:13 KJV

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

It is God who does the job in us, we can never device a plan to attain this without God. That's why we have the requirement of giving our life over to Christ which means making God the one who dictates our life. The power to will and to do what pleases God comes from God so we cannot attain it without him.

What working out our salvation means is that we increase our dependency on God daily. 

Never give up working out your salvation, give up doing it yourself and surrender to God who can help you work it out. 

It's  only God who can teach you how to please Him, and He is willing to, let Him do it.

Submit to God totally and serve Him daily with fear and trembling. 

Prayer 🙏

● we turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.

● Oh Lord Jesus,  help me to put my trust in you completely. 

● Lord Jesus, give me the power will and do your pleasure.

● O Lord hold my right hand to teach me your ways, let nations be subdued before me and every mountain leveled.  

  ● Oh Lord preserve your blessings over me, may no evil come near me in Jesus name.

● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.

● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.

● Pray for those affected all over the world.

● We bring China🇨🇳, Italy🇮🇪, United Kingdom🇬🇧, United States,🇱🇷 Iran🇮🇳, UAE🇦🇪, Canada🇨🇦, Nigeria🇳🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦 and all the countries affected before you, let your healing power flow through the nations in Jesus name.
