Proverbs 23:7a KJV
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:
A lot of resolutions, plans and ambitions set by different people for year 2020 have crashed at the face of uncertainty. This year has brought one of the most unprecedented catastrophes upon the earth. Which has left dreams shattered, economy crashing, policies failing.
This might have affected plans for the year as well. But the good thing is there's always a way out.
This obvious way out lies within you, God has given you the power of will.
Will you succeed or not?
The first things is "reprogramming your mind for success and not to accept defeat."
Look within and see opportunities in the midst of the global crisis and hardship.
Learn from the scriptures!
You probably have heard this
"Isaac sowed in the land, when there was famine and he reaped a hundred gold same year"
Isaac might have limited how great God could make him, if he wasn't thinking right, but knowing the God of his father, he never thought like a mediocre.
Reprogram your mind, Isaac was not closed minded or dumb in thinking. Many of us don't take time to study the bible, we only take a portion for our selfish use.
Let's see how Isaac did it.
There was a global famine.
Genesis 26:1 KJV
And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.
In the midst of that famine God's covenant was not adjusted, it remained firm. Global pandemic can't change the plan of God for you.
Genesis 26:4 KJV
And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;
What's the covenant and promise of God to you during global crisis?
Malachi 4:1-2 KJV
For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. [2] But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Isaac dwelt where God instructed him to dwell and he became great even during global crisis.
Genesis 26:6,12-13 KJV
And Isaac dwelt in Gerar: [12] Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. [13] And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
Do not sweep God's promises under the carpet due to the fear of global crisis,
"For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us." 2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV
He is faithful to his promises irrespective of the global pandemic.

Life application
Rehearse God's promises daily in your heart and believe it. Take your focus off the crisis and set it on God, He calms the storm.

● we turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.
● Oh Lord help to unlearn strange things and embrace your word.
● Lord Jesus, I receive the grace to be steadfast in you and to succeed in the midst of crisis.
● Lord Jesus, i receive the grace make you my focus.
● Oh Lord I need your presence, show me your glory.
● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.
● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.
● Pray for those affected all over the world.
● We bring China🇨🇳, Italy🇮🇪, United Kingdom🇬🇧, United States,🇱🇷 Iran🇮🇳, UAE🇦🇪, Canada🇨🇦, Nigeria🇳🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦 and all the countries affected before you, let your healing power flow through the nations in Jesus name.
