Topic: The Presence of the Omnipresent God I (His Presence)
Psalm 139:7-10 KJV
Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? [8] If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. [9] If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; [10] Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
I read about human mission to Mars, this was an intention to inhabit Mars. Then I wondered what could be the brain behind such act. Reasons stated were;
● Pure Curiosity,
● Economic interest in it's resources,
● To decrease the likelihood of human extinction.
This last point above is my focus in this article. They simply implied that, though the Scripture talks about the end of the world, which means the end of all human race, whoever lives in planet Mars will be spared. This can only be true if God wasn't the Omnipotent sovereign creator of all things.
Genesis 2:1 KJV
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
The Omnipresent God is present everywhere by the virtue of His personality, but something can be different about His presence. From our text above we see God's Omnipresence in that no one can hide from God's reach.
We can only hide ourselves in Him, that's the only place we have security.
A time comes where no one will find a place to hide, haters of God will run helter skelter and will find no shield from the face of the God of heaven.
Revelation 6:15-17 KJV
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; [16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: [17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Does this sound familiar?
Covid-19 left both the great and the small in total confusion, and fear, as a reminder from God that the time is near and that the word of God is true.
Where are you hiding?
Wherever you're hiding outside Christ is not safe. Relocate into Jesus Christ today and be secured.
Proverbs 18:10 KJV
The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
How do you relocate?
Romans 10:9-10 KJV
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. [10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Just do this as the Spirit leads you, repent of your sins, believe in Jesus in your heart and confess Him with your mouth and you'd be saved.
Life application
Run unto Jesus for safety and security, there's no hope for as anyone outside Christ.
Keep studying the word of God and keep His commandments.
See the necessity of being cleansed on a daily basis, and see the word of God as the solution to that. Desire the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit.

● we turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.
● Lord give me a new heart in Jesus name
● Lord Jesus, make and keep me pure in heart in Jesus' name.
● Oh Lord, I need your presence, show me your glory.
● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.
● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.
● Pray for those affected all over the world.
