Topic: Does it really matter?
And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite: [3] Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of thee; for thou art a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way. [4] And when the people heard these evil tidings, they mourned: and no man did put on him his ornaments.
How often have we prayed and wept in our closet, just desiring God's presence.
Does it really matter?
If God gives you all the needs you constantly pray for without His presence, does it really matter to you?
It's the love for God that can make you desire His presence above anything else.
Jesus told us as well:
"Matthew 6:33 KJV
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
But unfortunately, these additions are what we have spent our whole life praying and labouring for.
From the text, these people wept sore when they heard that God will no longer be in their midst. Despite the promise of reaching their destination, they desired God's presence.
Practicing God's presence, is practicing heaven on earth. In heaven there will be no wants to pray for, but we'll have God's presence.
Life application
Resolve to place the desire for God's presence as your topmost priority. Desire God's presence daily and mean it in your heart.
Prayer 🙏:
● we turn to you in full repentance, to seek you with our whole heart, have mercy on us oh Lord.
● Lord make me a new man indeed.
● Oh Lord I need your presence, show me your glory.
● Oh Lord, we ask for your mercy over the nations of the earth, remember mercy oh Lord.
● Pray for the preservation of the health workers.
● Pray for those affected all over the world.
● We bring China🇨🇳, Italy🇮🇪, United Kingdom🇬🇧, United States,🇱🇷 Iran🇮🇳, UAE🇦🇪, Canada🇨🇦, Nigeria🇳🇬, Ukraine🇺🇦 and all the countries affected before you, let your healing power flow through the nations in Jesus name.
