Herald of Maranatha:
Fresh From God
Topic: A generation of God seekers.
Psalm 24:6 KJV
This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
It's another day for us to seek God, not minding the many distractions of the days gone by.
We often have a busy lifestyle, that mostly keeps us away from genuine meditation and a consideration of who we are and who we should be. We're mostly busy making life happen but not paying good attention to the source of life. We have set apart a day like this to seek God, to forsake all distractions and allow God alone to be our focus.
God at creation knew this facts and He separated the Sabbath for this purpose.
Exodus 20:8-10 KJV
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: [10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
Though many have violated this law with various excuses. Let's make things right with God.
Be a generation of God seeker, make it a lifestyle to always seek God, not just once a week but, always.
The whole world is experiencing a compulsory sabbath(lockdown), spend more time seeking the face of God at this period.
Life happens in full for those who seek God.
