Topic: Who am I ?
(Discipleship)
(Discipleship)
Genesis 1:26 KJV
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
This question, who am I? Sounds so simple but it's the most difficult question to answer for many people.
Have you ever asked yourself this question?
What's your answer to it?
Just think on it again.
A correct answer to this is the first step to fulfillment in life.
The devil fights you from every direct, because he does not want you to realize who you are.
Lack of the pure knowledge of who you are is what makes people live in confusion.
A hunter while in the forest found an egg, so he brought it home and kept it with a hen's eggs to be hatched by the hen. After some time the eggs were hatched and this creature started living with the chicks and followed the hen everywhere. As this creature was growing it realized that it was different from the rest of them. One day this creature looked and saw something that looks more itself, behold it was an eagle.
This eaglet has been tilling the soil like a chicken with other chicks, instead of feeding on chicken.
It has been earthbound instead of soaring on heights.
On this fateful day the eaglet, on seeing the eagle, attempted to fly. After a few trials the eaglet flew and never returned to the ground tilling business again.
There are some things you need to know about yourself.
