Topic: Think like a Leader
(Leadership)
Proverbs 23:7 KJVFor as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
We all are leaders in several categories ranging from being a spiritual leader to Presidents, kings, Executive directors of conglomerate, family leadership or at most coordinating yourself in your day to day life, is also a kind of leadership. Our thoughts are the control unit of our actions, so if you don't think like a leader you can't act like one.
How do you think like a leader?
By taking into consideration some core values of a true leader. We'll see that from the word LEADER.
Love - this is the key to a right and progressive thinking.
Excel- leaders must go extra mile ahead of their followers, it's only then they can lead them.
Availability- you should always be available for your followers.
Dependable- be such as they can depend on, they can trust.
Encouraging - a leader should be a good source of encouragement to the followers, you much not condemn or cast them down.
Responsible - a leader always think, act and behave responsibly anytime anywhere.
1 Corinthians 11:1 KJV
Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
Life application
Take these things into consideration as you lead all those depending on you daily. Fathers lead your home well, mothers show good examples.
Much more by these you'll take proper counsel for your personal life.
Prayer 🙏: Lord Jesus help me to think properly as a leader passing a positive in Jesus name.
