Proverbs 19:17 KJV
He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord ; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
Have you ever thought of the importance of giving to the poor?
It has some benefits that many do not see, it's a secret way to blessing.
Psalm 145:16 KJV
Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
It's God who satisfies the desire of all flesh, so giving to the poor is a way of simply making yourself a medium in God's hand, He will keep supplying you.
Unlike giving to the rich when you're expecting, him to aid you in returns when you are in need.
When you give to the poor you expect nothing in return from him.
