Daily Fresh From God
Topic: Persistence (Apostolic Revival)
Acts 18:11 KJV
And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
Many visions have failed due to lack of consistency and persistence.
Persistence is the act of continuing in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition. Persistence is what every vision that must survive in time needs.
The Apostles gave their all into this cause of the gospel and they were persistent. Apostle Paul in that city a year and six months teaching just the word of God, not personal ideas.
It's our persistence in the way of the Lord that moves God and terrifies the devil, not our wavering commitment.
Have a stubborn focus on doing the will of God from today and your spiritual life will have a sharp upward drive.
"John 8:31 KJV
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;"
Prayers: Lord Jesus, help me to be persistent in following you with nothing wavering in Jesus name.
"Those who made impact in life and ministry were those who never wavered at oppositions, they had a stubborn focus on God"(Omoloye A A)
