Topic: A new dawn of salvation (Apostolic Revival)
Acts 15:7-8 KJV
And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. [8] And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;
Apostle Peter by the Holy Spirit explained how God made no difference in saving the gentiles by the power of His gospel.
This makes clear how limitless the power of the gospel is, and how unrestricted salvation is. By God's knowledge of their hearts, He filled them with the Holy Ghost.
" Acts 15:9 KJV
And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith."
Gentiles' heart were purified by faith in like manner as Abraham's faith accounted as righteousness, making Abraham the father the gentiles in faith.
"Romans 4:16,24 KJV
Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, [24] But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;"
Believing and accepting Christ brings us into the kingdom of God. This is beyond literally confessing but continuing in faith. Your life is made up of all you believe, because you live by all you've believed since cradle till date.
If you believe in Jesus Christ, you will live by Jesus and His words.
Prayers: Lord Jesus, I chose to believe you with the whole of my heart.
Remain blessed
