Herald of maranatha:
Daily Fresh From God
Topic: Saved for nothing (Apostolic Revival) Acts 13:2-3 KJV
As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. [3] And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
So Barnabas and Saul were separated unto God's assignment. We've earlier seen how Saul encountered God's saving grace on his way to Damascus.
"Acts 9:5 KJV
And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks."
This to make us know that we weren't saved for nothing sake, but after salvation we all have assignments.
"2 Corinthians 5:18 KJV
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;"
Have you taken up your God-given assignment?
After being saved there's a lot more to do in God's kingdom business here.
Prayers: Father Lord, reveal unto me the assignment you have for me and enable me to submit unto it in Jesus name.
"You were saved to herald, the saving grace to other sinner."(Omoloye A A)
