Daily Fresh From God
Topic: Fruitful despite persecution (Apostolic Revival)
Acts 14:1 KJV
And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.
Apostle Paul and Barnabas after being expelled from Antioch, were found still preaching in Iconium. Let's imagine the number of the people who believed, a "great number". What would have been their fate, if discouragement had stopped the Apostles from preaching the gospel.
"2 Corinthians 4:8-10 KJV
We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; [9] Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; [10] Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body."
Persecution can either bring discouragement or an opportunity to be fruitful, choose to be fruitful rather than discouraged.
Prayers: Father Lord, help me to be fruitful and never discouraged in Jesus name.
Remain blessed
