Acts 12:14-16 KJV

And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate. [15] And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel. [16] But Peter continued knocking: and when they had opened the door , and saw him, they were astonished.

The praying disciples were astonished at the answer to their prayers. They never believed it at first, though they prayed with faith and expectancy. They were probably expecting Herod to officially release Apostle Peter, but God's ways are not our ways.

"Isaiah 55:8 KJV

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord ."

 So when the answer to their prayers was knocking they said "no it's probably his Angel" they also accused the herald of being mad. All these was because they never expected it to be so fast and in that manner. Your testimonies might not come according to your own plans and thoughts, but it will come in God's own way. Do not doubt your God!

Your long awaited testimonies will come suddenly in Jesus' name.
