Topic: Jesus the Christ (Apostolic Revival)
Act 9:33-35
There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden eight years and was paralyzed. 34 And Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed.” Then he arose immediately. 35 So all who dwelt at Lydda and Sharon saw him and turned to the Lord.

"Jesus the Christ"... this means Jesus the anointed one, heals you. The simplicity and power of that prayer lies in that name "JESUS" and The Apostle spoke prophetically, the name of Jesus has been said to heal in the past and will still heal in the present.
"Isaiah 53:5
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed."
"1 Peter 2:24
who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed."
Healing is the will of God for His children, salvation is the will of God for the sinners, if God heals a sinner, it is to enable him to be saved.
"Matthew 15:26
But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”
Jesus made this clear here that, healing is the bread of God's children.
"Acts 4:12
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
The name, "Jesus" the "Christ" is the name given for salvation, while using it rightly for the salvation of souls, healing and all other miracles will definitely follow.
May we always understand and use this powerful name rightly.
Prayers: Oh Lord Jesus Christ, help me to understand the power and purpose of your great name.
