Acts 10:38
38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
This powerful scripture explain many things, most of which we might not have paid attention to in time past. Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ "anointed one".
Jesus was anointed with Holy Spirit and with Power, that means Jesus was declared Christ, by the Holy Spirit and power. Here there's something vital for us to notice here, the Holy Spirit is not the power, but He prepares us for the power. The presence of the Holy Spirit enables us to posses power.
Everyone wants to demonstrate power, but not everyone has submitted wholly to the Holy Spirit. Someone who hasn't fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit will be destroyed by the power he/she demonstrates. You will notice that after every notable miracle performed by the Apostles, they immediately and sincerely ascribe every glory to Jesus.
"Acts 4:10 - 10 let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole."
The Holy Spirit does the work of making us holy, then God demonstrates His power, using a holy vessel, and the excellency of the power goes to God.

"2 Corinthians 4:7 - But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us."
Prayers: Oh Lord Jesus Christ, purge me with your Holy Spirit, make me holy and fit for your use in Jesus name.
Remain blessed
