Acts 9:9-10 KJV
And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink. [10] And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here , Lord.
After Saul's encounter with Jesus, he went on three days dry fasting. Then the Lord spoke to a certain disciple, Ananias, to pray with him.
observations on who disciples were, in the bible days:
Disciples are who we call Christians today.

Disciples could hear and speak to God without a human mediator.
Disciples were all baptized by the Holy Ghost.
Disciples were exhibiting both fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit Ananias could pray and Saul received his sight.
Disciples could pray for others to be baptized by the Holy Spirit.
