Acts 5:30-31 KJV
The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. [31] Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
True revival message centres on Jesus. Jesus' life, crucifixion, resurrection and life after death.
The gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation.
"Romans 1:16 KJV
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."
That was the message of the Apostles, that's the secret of revival.
Messages of personal achievement has taken over the pulpits, that's why we are not seeing revival.
Let's pray for the ministers to be revived and go back to preaching Jesus and not self, then the long anticipated revival will come forth.
Prayers: Oh Lord Jesus, visit the ministers and cause your pure gospel to flow unto your people, equip and fortify us for the forth coming revival.
