Topic: Danger of murmuring (Apostolic Revival)
Acts 6:3-4 KJV
Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. [4] But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.
Murmuring is not right, there's always a godly way of expressing displeasure and resolving matters in the church. This murmuring might have caused great damage, from our text, if not for the wisdom given by the Holy Spirit to resolve it.
How do you always handle murmuring?
You don't handle murmuring with haste, you have to wait on God for direction.
In handling murmuring, we need to always avoid the distracting effect, ensure you're not distracted from your primary assignments, preach the gospel.
God doesn't authorize murmuring, it's incited to bring confusion, distraction and disorder in the church.
We have no justification at all for murmuring, it displeases God;
"1 Corinthians 10:10 KJV
Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer."
Murmuring was a major part of the Israelites' sin in the wilderness. If you have a matter, you can relate with your leaders anywhere you're found, don't murmur against God's authority it brings destruction.
"Jude 1:15-16 KJV
To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. [16] These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words , having men's persons in admiration because of advantage."

Leaders also are not to handle matters of murmurers with anger, it might go worse.
Separate yourself from the company of murmurers and rebels against God's word. "Remember the company of Korah"

Prayers: Oh Lord Jesus, deliver me from every company of murmurers, may I not rebel against your word, equip and fortify me for the forth coming revival.
Remain blessed
