Topic: It is not easy to go Hell.
Matthew 7:13-14 KJV
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: [14] Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
That topic, was extracted from the teaching of an heretic, who claims one can only be condemned to hell if he willingly breaks his relationship with God. Many has been deceived by this strange teaching, I saw people saying "now I'm sure of getting to heaven"
If you will care to listen to what Jesus has to say concerning the matter read the text again. Jesus warns that we run our race with diligence, making us know how narrow the way is, and only few people find it. This teaching contradicts Jesus' teachings. Jesus went further to warn us in the next verse "Matthew 7:15 KJV
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but
inwardly they are ravening wolves."
These are servants of Satan coming to turn people's heart away from the truth.
They show fruits of evil spirit, they are quick to anger and have no regard for dignitaries, they use abusive languages and insult anyone who doesn't share their views.
Be watchful and careful of the wolves in sheep clothings.
We need to constantly guard our hearts and embrace the word of God solely.

Prayer: May the Lord silence every tongue, causing confusion, and preserve us in righteousness in Jesus' name.
Remain blessed
Awesome post. Good job you're doing on this platform! May God strengthen you
ReplyDeleteAmen, thanks very much, God bless.
ReplyDeleteYou misinterpreted your quoted bible text. Narrow is the WAY that leads to heaven. Jesus himself told us he is THE WAY that leads to heaven. Meaning those who find Jesus are on track to make heaven. Compare the number that truly are in Jesus to the world's population, then you will understand the few and the many.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jesus is the way, and He said "narrow is the way and few there be that find it". I don't see what was misinterpreted here, or are you justifying that after claiming to be born again living in sin can not make you miss heaven except you willingly break your relationship with God? And how do you know those who have found Jesus? are they not those who abstains from sin and does His will?
DeleteNot those who claim to have found Him. He said " Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." Matt 7:21
This does not mean that amongst true believers, only few find the way that leads to heaven. Which other way that leads to heaven is there to find again apart from Jesus?
ReplyDeleteJesus remains the way, a true believer has to watch that he remains in God's will. Salvation is not an eternal security Apostle Paul said "But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway." 1 Corn 9:27
