Topic: Best resolution for the new year.
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
We had a very wonderful entry into the new year, having recorded many lives turning to Jesus in repentance from their old ways.
The Lord made it known to us that, the best resolution anyone can make is for Him. The year is still young, you can make the same resolution, or tell it to someone about it. Make a move to save someone from the danger of hell, they can be come a New creature for a new year.
Just like 2017 is gone, never to return your old lifestyle could be gone forever. How can this be?
There's need for power.
Many have made different resolutions and could not fulfill it for lack of the necessary power. This great resolution comes with a great power, to turn sinners into saints, and son of man to son of God.
"John 1:12 KJV
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:"
As you choose Jesus through this new year the power will come upon you and every spiritual struggle will end.
