1 Peter 1:18-19 KJV
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; [19] But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
The answer to the question "who am I?" Is a determinant to self-evaluation, self-esteem and life's fulfillment. As simple as this question is, many sincerely have no answer to it. "If you don't know who you are, you can't know what to live for"
A large number of people, live in confusion, misplaced priority and without a proper foresight. Obviously they might be making money and other things that makes living interesting, but they've failed in their primary assignments.
You're not what people call you, might not be what you call yourself, your real personality is who God calls you.
Now, who am I?
I'm redeemed and I know it, redeemed by incorruptible blood of Jesus. I know what I'm made of and what I'd live for. Since I wasn't redeemed by gold or silver, I don't have live for it.
I am redeemed, from vain conversation, hence my conversation becomes Christ's gospel "Philippians 1:27 KJV
Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;"
My conversation is in heaven. "Philippians 3:20 KJV
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:"
I wasn't called to gather gold for heaven, but to lay my treasures in heaven, by seeking the kingdom and righteousness of God.
"Matthew 6:33 KJV
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
May we receive the grace to live in the consciousness of who we are in Christ.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I regain my true identity in you, and I choose to live for the right cause, the kingdom and righteousness of God in Jesus' name.
Remain blessed
