Topic: His footsteps.
Ephesians 5:1-2 KJV
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; [2] And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

The modernist grace preachers solicits Christianity without works, claiming grace covers it all. Our anchor scripture encourages us to follow God(Jesus), which means walking in His footsteps. It further said we should walk in love, as Jesus did, this signifies a conscious work by the help of the Holy Spirit.
There's something every christian should desire to live up to. That is, to constantly reflect God's glory and Holiness.
If this is our constant pursuit, sin will not be found in us. Jesus said;
Matthew 6:33 KJV
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
God makes this clear severally Leviticus 20:7 KJV
Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God.
This is our responsibility, as God's children, that's the purpose of our creation.
Revelation 4:11 KJV
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
We can only please God when we reflect His holiness before everyone, in all we do.
I was told a testimony in Netherlands, of how a Muslim fanatic gave his life to Christ, just at the sight of a man of God in Nigeria. This is what pleases God most. Dare to reflect Christ's holiness in all you do from today.

Prayer: Lord help to walk your footsteps, cause my life to reflect your holiness in Jesus name..
